Information submitted to Blue Ridge
When you start or track a request, Blue Ridge may receive your name, company, work contact information, plant or pickup location, equipment and asset information, symptoms, production context, purchase-order or approval references, and files such as nameplate photographs, fault screens, quotes, tickets, or other job evidence.
How the information is used
Blue Ridge uses this information to identify the equipment, triage the request, coordinate an approved repair or sourcing path, arrange pickup or delivery, communicate status, maintain job and asset history, prepare quotes and invoices, improve service operations, prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers
Blue Ridge may use controlled service providers for website hosting, databases, workflow automation, email delivery, security, accounting, and job administration. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for the service they perform. Blue Ridge does not sell service-request information.
Customer and plant information
Do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, passwords, highly sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to share. Use your approved company process for data subject to special contractual or regulatory handling.
Retention and security
Blue Ridge retains records for service, warranty, accounting, safety, historical, and legal needs. Retention varies by record type and customer requirements. Blue Ridge uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
